Detailed Information

Anna is a founder of Sky Therapies, and her journey to becoming a therapist has been anything but linear. It started with a deep passion for nutrition and health, which led me to a fulfilling career as a dietitian. She loved helping people transform their lives by understanding how food could fuel their bodies and improve their well-being. But over time, she noticed something profound: for many of my clients, their struggles with food and physical health were deeply intertwined with their emotional and psychological experiences.

This realization sparked a question that stayed with me: What role does the mind play in how we heal our bodies?

Anna approaches Pain Reprocessing Therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She understands that chronic pain is not “just pain,” but often a story held in the nervous system — shaped by stress, loss, trauma, and the body’s attempts to protect. In her work, pain is never minimized or dismissed; instead, it is gently explored and understood as meaningful communication rather than a life sentence.

Clients often describe feeling seen and relieved when they begin to understand that their pain is real, valid, and also changeable. Anna helps clients build a new relationship with their bodies — one rooted in safety rather than fear, trust rather than vigilance. Through careful pacing, compassionate guidance, and evidence-based PRT techniques, she supports clients in noticing sensations without alarm and in allowing the nervous system to soften its protective responses.

Her sessions are collaborative and empowering. Anna meets clients where they are, honoring both resilience and vulnerability, and helping them reconnect with an inner sense of agency that pain may have taken away. Over time, clients often find not only a reduction in symptoms, but a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and confidence in their bodies’ capacity to heal.

At Sky Therapies, Anna offers Pain Reprocessing Therapy as an invitation — to listen differently to the body, to release long-held patterns of fear, and to move toward a life no longer organized around pain, but guided by safety, presence, and possibility.
