Detailed Information

Caitlin is a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork practitioner based on Ngunnawal Country (Canberra), supporting individuals navigating chronic pain. As a Mind Body Syndrome (MBS) practitioner, Caitlin combines over two decades of experience navigating her own chronic pain journey, with teachings learned from studying under Dr. Howard Schubiner MD.

Her approach integrates scientific and evidence-based frameworks with integrative methods, using Prain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), supporting clients to understand the role of their  nervous system, emotional processing, and learned pain pathways in chronic pain. Using both PRT and Conscious Connected Breathwork, she helps clients to access deeper states of self-awareness that can support regulation, insight, and the integration of unresolved emotional patterns that may be contributing to their pain.

After succcess in using these methods to work with her own pain, Caitlin brings a deeply embodied and compassionate perspective to her work. Her support and care for her clients are grounded in both proven methods and a strong understanding of her clients’ journeys through her own lived experience. She is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for each client to explore their unique experience with pain. Through this, her work offers a pathway for real and lasting pain relief.
