Detailed Information

I’m a therapist and mindfulness practitioner who weaves together Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Freedom From Chronic Pain practices to support compassionate self-understanding and healing from the inside out. I’ve found my work especially resonates with those living with neurodivergence, complex trauma, or chronic illness—as well as helpers, healers, and first responders. I also support those navigating inner critics, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, who are learning to honor their wellbeing while nurturing authentic connection. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and body-aware. When we work together we will honor your lived experience while integrating creative tools like movement, breath, art, and nature with IFS “Parts Work”.
