If you’re reading this, you may be carrying a pain that feels endless, one that hasn’t responded to everything you’ve already tried. I want you to know: your pain is real, and change is possible.
I’m a licensed psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, Germany) working with people living with chronic pain, especially chronic back pain that persists despite thorough medical evaluation. Alongside my training as a Freedom from Chronic Pain Practitioner, I hold certifications in IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 2 and Somatic IFS, plus training in Systemic Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling (Rogers), and yoga teaching.
My approach is warm, open, and attuned to your emotional world. I see the nervous system as having learned to protect you, and what has been learned can also be unlearned.
Through IFS, I help you build a compassionate relationship with the parts of you shaping your pain response, especially those holding fear, tension, or old emotional wounds. Working somatically, we listen to what your body is communicating, gently and without judgment.
Together, we create a space where you feel truly seen, and where change can happen at your own pace, from the inside out.
