Living with chronic pain and symptoms can be exhausting and isolating — especially when you feel like you’ve already tried everything.
After almost 20 years of debilitating migraines, neck pain, and other persistent “mystery symptoms,” pain science finally helped me understand what was happening and helped me recover.
Today, I combine that lived experience with postgraduate training in psychology and neuroscience, neuroplasticity practitioner training, and professional coaching certification to support people in recovering from chronic pain and nervous system-related symptoms.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the latest neuroscience. I blend coaching with brain retraining, nervous system regulation, and evidence-backed neuroplastic therapies such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET).
As a neurodivergent practitioner, my work often resonates with neurodivergent and highly sensitive clients, and I aim to create an inclusive, affirming space where people can work with their unique brains and nervous systems rather than against them.
I offer one-on-one pain recovery coaching via Zoom for clients worldwide, along with a free exploratory call — a gentle, no-pressure opportunity to see whether we’re a good fit.
