Detailed Information

As a board-certified family medicine physician, I have been trained to look at the whole person when caring for patients. However, modern clinical practice often limits our resources—specifically the time required to truly delve deeper and see the entire picture. While we are accustomed to discussing vital signs, weight, diet, lab results, and medications with our patients, there are other deeply impactful aspects of our overall health. Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), personality traits, trauma, relationships, and chronic stressors are equally powerful drivers of disease, yet physicians are rarely able to spend the time needed to weave all of these elements together.

As someone who has struggled with chronic symptoms since childhood, I am deeply empathetic to this all-too-common plight. It was only after discovering the work of John Sarno, MD, in 2024 that my true healing journey began. After 13 years of primary care experience at a large, multi-specialty group in Northern California, I decided to lean into my own neuroplastic recovery journey and pivot professionally so that I could truly partner with patients navigating mind-body disorders.

I have completed the Freedom From Chronic Pain (FFCP) practitioner training and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) courses. To fully commit to this vision, I left my traditional primary care practice to establish a consulting practice dedicated to patients struggling with chronic symptoms that may have large neuroplastic components. I am thrilled to embark on this career path, which beautifully complements my own recovery. I am happy to report that I have never been healthier, and I look forward to partnering with you to optimize yours.

In August 2026, I will be launching my cash-pay private consulting practice based in Mountain View, CA. Please note that I am only able to see patients who are physically located in the state of California at the time of their visit. For patients seeking an insurance-based, multidisciplinary approach to neuroplastic recovery, I also care for patients through Lin Health, a national telehealth provider for chronic pain that pairs virtual physician visits with dedicated recovery coaching.
