Detailed Information

With over 35 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Mia is a firm believer in the power of the mind-body connection. After overcoming debilitating chronic pain through the Mind-Body approach, she became passionate about helping others achieve similar results. This led her to learn the foundational theory and practice of mind-body transformative neuroplasticity, which covers PRT (pain-reprocessing therapy,) EAET (emotional awareness and expression therapy,) as well as deeper emotional therapeutic techniques of somatic and parts work (IFS-based).

Following her mission to create a free world, Mia founded her holistic coaching practice to help people reclaim their power, overcome their limitations, eliminate pain, and live a life of freedom, joy, health, and well-being.

Coaching Style

Mia uses a holistic approach to coaching that includes the four bodies: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical. Equipped with Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, she communicates with clients at the subconscious level, empowering them to discover and overcome the deep programs that run in the background, impacting and sabotaging many aspects of their lives. Most importantly, she is driven by a passion to help, which is crowned by heightened empathy and compassion.

“I raise my cup to all those who have the strength to create change, the courage to follow their dreams, the grit to never surrender, and the faith to see beyond the doubt.”

Mia is Board Certified by the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP) as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy, and as an Integrative NLP Coach.
