Verena has trained as a manual osteopath and physical therapist in Germany and has over over 25 years of experience in the health and medical field. Verena received her doctorate degree in Osteopathic Sciences from the National University of Medical Sciences in Florida. Through personal experience of chronic pain, she has immersed herself in the study of neuroplastic pain and Mind Body Syndromes. After completing her Freedom from Chronic Pain Practitioner Training she is now integrating Pain Reprocessing Therapy into her hands-on treatment approach. She combines patient education, graded exposure exercises, mindfulness and meditation with hands-on work to regulate the nervous system.
