With a career spanning 20 years in the automotive industry in the UK, a personal interest in holistic health and neuroscience lead me to join the first cohort at the New School of Nutritional Medicine in London. In 2024, I qualified with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a Diploma in Integrative Psychological Coaching (EMCC accredited at Senior Practitioner Level) from the New School of Nutritional Medicine in London. I am also trained in pain coaching after completing the Freedom From Coaching Pain practitioner training co-created by Dr Howard Schubiner and Hal Greenam. Completing the list of my qualifications are a BSc in Economics from Sofia University ‘Sveti Climent Ohridski’ in 2001 and an MSc in Economics and Finance from Warwick Business School in 2003.
I feel privileged to support clients in understanding how nutrition, lifestyle and psychology can impact their health and their lives. I employ an integrative, personalised, science-based approach that aims to identify and assist you with addressing the root causes of health issues. Food, environment and lifestyle are important tools for restoring and promoting optimal health and maintaining balance in the body. So are mindset, beliefs and emotions. My coaching apporach is neuroscience informed – the brain’s extraordinary ability to reorganise itself (neuroplasticity) means we all hold the potential for transformation through purposeful practices and interventions.
