Passionate and reliable admin / operations / course development person wanted

Are you, or do you know someone who is excited about working to bring the cutting edge of mindbody medicine / clinical neuroplasticity to the world?

An exciting opportunity has opened up for someone super reliable with great admin/operations/course creation skills and an interest in our innovative treatment for chronic pain. Ideally you would be proficient in most of the following apps, but there’s also room to learn some of them for the right person with passion for the work!

  • Moodle and/or Teachable or related LMS’s
  • Acuity Scheduling
  • Active Campaign
  • Google Drive (including Docs, Forms and Sheets)
  • Zapier (we use some simple but important integrating of apps through zaps)
  • Zoom (hosting meetings, configuring back end settings)
  • WordPress editing
  • Basic video/audio editing

There may also be some policy development work (e.g. privacy policy) available if that is part of your skill set, if so please mention this in the form below.

You’ll be working alongside two of the global pioneers in this exciting innovation in chronic pain treatment in a fun remote working collaboration. You’ll need to be super reliable, responsive and capable of attending to work tasks throughout the week at various hours, ideally with the capacity to attend to what needs to be done each day which may be an hour or two here and there, as well as some more focused shifts in the co-working space.

This local role also requires two short (approx 2 hours each in the afternoon) face to face work shifts per week to be conducted in our co-working space currently in the Byron Bay Arts and Industrial Estate, with some flexibility about which days.

The position is offered on a casual/contract basis and you will be asked to bill for your hours worked. It offers some flexibility about how and when you work, as long as you can stay on top of your responsibilities with a prompt response time.

Work demands will fluctuate somewhat depending on what is happening in the business but will likely be in the order of approx 5-10 hours per week.  More hours will likely be required in September 2023 and then less after that.  Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience and may include share ownership/ESOP.

The successful candidate will also be invited to attend our brief clinical training in October-December 2023 at no cost to boost their knowledge of our innovation in neuroplasticity treatments, however please note it’s not anticipated that this would lead to clinical work as this is an admin/operations/course development role.
